All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We currently ship all orders using trusted UK couriers such as Evri, Royal Mail, Yodel or DPD.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days
Delivery time begins once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and order weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at moringagreeninfo@gmail.com.
We will investigate the issue with the courier and offer a solution based on the outcome, which may include:
A replacement
A refund (if applicable)
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address cannot be refunded until the parcel is returned to us.

We are proud to offer world wide shipping. Orders can be shipped to countries around the globe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
