We only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because supplements & food products cannot be resold, we cannot accept returns if you change your mind.

We are proud to announce that we ship worldwide. Moringa is accessible to our customers all over the globe! Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes, all MoringaGreen products are 100% natural & pure. They contain only one ingredient: moringa Oleifera; no additives, no fillers, no artificial ingredients.

Where do your products originate from?

Our organic moringa products are sourced from our very own farms in The Gambia.

How do I request a refund or replacement?

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier’s website.

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking has not been updated for 7 days+, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
